Under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, peptide products are regulated as therapeutic goods in Australia. The products sold by PeakLab Australia have not been evaluated by the TGA for safety, quality, or efficacy and are not approved for therapeutic use. The supply of these products is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, state, and territory legislation.
Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of these products complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. PeakLab Australia makes no representations regarding the legality of purchasing or using these products in any specific jurisdiction.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with PeakLab Australia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from PeakLab Australia. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are a qualified researcher, research institution, or laboratory with appropriate facilities for handling research chemicals.
3. Research Use Only
All products are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. By purchasing, you agree that you will not use these products for human or animal administration, and that you will use them only in compliance with all applicable laws and in appropriate research settings.
4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
PeakLab Australia makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. All purity claims are supported by HPLC analysis documentation provided in the Certificate of Analysis accompanying each order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. PeakLab Australia accepts payment via major credit cards and bank transfer. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider using 256-bit SSL encryption.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, PeakLab Australia's liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. PeakLab Australia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Returns Policy
PeakLab Australia complies with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Our returns policy is as follows:
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for products that: (a) are damaged in transit; (b) do not match the documented specifications in the Certificate of Analysis; or (c) are otherwise defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain requirements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review product specifications carefully before ordering.
Process
To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label. Replacements or refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Shipping Policy
PeakLab Australia ships to all Australian states and territories. All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne facility.

All peptide products are shipped with pharmaceutical-grade cold packs in insulated packaging to maintain temperatures between 2–8°C during transit. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday are typically dispatched same day.
